If your looking for a relaxing weekend where you can stay at a beautiful resort and have spa sessions included then Salamander Resort & Spa is the winning choice. By helping black owned hotels and any black owned business for that matter what you are ultimately doing is closing the racial wealth gap. According to greenamerica.org the median wealth for white families is 12 times that for Black families. Usually, when small businesses are doing well their communities start to do well too. You're also giving the opportunity for more blacks to have jobs. More small businesses means more jobs created and the bigger they get the more employees they need.
The bottom line is when you invest in black owned businesses you are creating opportunity for the black community to thrive. Let's support our brothers and sisters and if you're ever in Brooklyn NY, Middleburg VA, Nashville TN, Miami Beach FL, Houston TX, or Baltimore MD book one of these black owned properties!
