Rum Bar - Charlotte International Airport

Since i never really eat breakfast before heading to the airport (because i procrastinate and do everything last minute) I decided to get food during my layover in Charlotte. The first restaurant I passed caught my attention because they were playing reggae music and the menu was Jamaican inspired like Jerk Berger for example. I decided to eat there, plus, it was close to my departure gate anyway.

The server was very friendly and my food came out within ten minutes. I ordered chicken tacos (so much for Caribbean being ordered lol) with a side of rice and beans. The food was good and affordable since its usually a lot higher in the airport. I would definitely recommend this restaurant because of the service, the good food, and the Caribbean vibes!

All of the employees had Hawaiian shirts on, the music was old school with a little new school reggae. They had a drink menu as well but I figured I would be drinking anyway the minute I got to my destination so i decided to pass. The prices were reasonable (and you know usually the airport has pricey food so this was a steal) and it was a good sized restaurant!
